Misaki and Satou from the manga Welcome to NHK! It's a comedy story with a touch of depressing life issues and situations. Some of situations you can't help but laugh at though. Will these two ever be able to smile like this? Will they ever get a happy ending? *suspenseful music plays* There are actually some other characters in it though. I wouldn't exactly call it a romance story. Anyways i just wanted to draw a picture of these poor victims of society smile for once. Beware the NHK!

one of the few works i've done using manga tones. I'm going to try to do a lot more. I know the 'Welcome to the NHK' logo is kind of shaky and lame on the picture, but i wanted to do it by hand lol. it's all um...unique and has a lot of love put into it. yeah. has a home made feel....
