After Pani Poni Dash and Negima?! (second season not the first) comes another epic comedy from the same genious director. If you haven't seen this anime make sure to watch it. You'll thank me later! The manga it's based off of is also hilarious, though I can only find six chapters of it *cry*

I got the idea for this piece from the new intro animation in episode 4. They were kind of zombie like in one of the scenes. So i just ran with the idea. The blur was on purpose by offsetting some orange lines. The crinkles were done on purpose. I actually crumpled up a piece of paper and scanned it in. Then put it in the background to try and get a texture. How creative of me....too bad it didn't turn out like i wanted it.

For those of you who haven't seen this anime, the main character is a teacher who is continually in dispair over different things and tries to commit suicide continually. He ends up meeting an overly positive girl.

Girl: "you weren't trying to hang yourself! you were just trying to make yourself taller right?! my dad used to do that all the time whenever bad things happened. Like he tried to make himself taller one time when he lost his job..."

Teacher: "er...I don't think that's what your dad was trying to do..."

Despite the dark theme it's really funny. For those who have seen this show, which character is your favorite? I love the blonde with split personalities (her voice is great. also same voice as Setsuna! woot!)
